Some of the customers came to our site through reviews on the Internet, some have called us based on the recommendation of colleagues or acquaintances. We refuse an order only in one case - when a potential client’s wishes regarding the appraisal do not not entirely coincide with the law. In all other cases, from whatever city the call comes - our appraisers approve the necessary packet of documents for appraisal and set off to perform the appraisal.
If the evaluation conditions do not require the direct presence of the appraiser, then we ask the customer to send documents and photographs of the property to our corporate e-mail and in this case, the assessment is carried out based on the customer's photo materials, which does not contradict legislation in the field of appraisal activity.
