Licences and Certificates

Since 2006, in accordance with the Federal Law on the licensing of certain types of activities, the valuation activity is not subject to licensing. In paragraph 5.1. st. 18 of this law states that “from July 1, 2006, the licensing of the following activities shall cease: valuation activity ...”.

At present, they are entitled to engage in appraisal activities “individuals who are members of one of the self-regulating organizations of appraisers ...” (Article 4 of Federal Law No. 135-FZ “On appraisal activities in the Russian Federation”).

On this page are presented diplomas and certificates of our employees, as well as certificates of membership in the self-regulating interregional association of appraisers self-regulating organizations, giving the right to carry out valuation activities.
